Galapagos is an internationally acclaimed dive destination. Discovering Galapagos’ underwater fauna is one of the archipelago’s most compelling attractions; nowhere else on earth will you find a more unique group of volcanic islands.
Located at a major intersection of several ocean currents, the Galapagos Islands are home to an amazing array of marine life. Imagine whale sharks circling around you and schools of hammerhead sharks overhead along with sea lions, penguins and marine iguanas. The water can be cool and the current challenging, but it’s all part of the experience.
Pictures and videos will be taken by the guide. You will need to bring a memory stick or SD card in the afternoon to collect your own copy of the pictures.
Gordon Rocks is a very popular site in Galapagos, but it can have strong currents. If your dive experience is limited, or you have not gone diving for a number of years, please let us know so we can organize your dive itinerary.
